Wouldn't
it be COOL to make your own
holograms! But how?! |

The

|
You're
interested in making your own holograms, but don't know
how or where to start.

You'll
need a laser, of course. But which lasers are holographic,
and how much should you spend.

Remove
the SAFETYLIGHT
LASER diode. Place the laser
in the laser mount. |

Some
lasers seem to need expensive power supplies or battery
packs. Which do you need?

Once
you've gotten your laser equipment, you'll need to read
a few books to figure out how to create a holographic
setup that will make reliable holograms.

Position
the lens and film holder according to the SIMPLE
DIAGRAMS to complete your holographic
setup. |

Since
you will need to be in the dark to make your hologram,
you're going to need a darkroom light that will let
you see what you're doing without ruining the holographic
film. So go do some research on darkroom lights.

the special LED mini-flashlight to help you SEE

the film. |

So
now you need some holographic film. It's not easy to
find, and you'll need to compare the specifications.

Place
the LITIHOLO

FILM plate in the film holder,
and expose you hologram to the laser light. |

After
you've exposed your hologram, you are going to need
to develop it in 3 separate chemical baths. In the dark.
This takes about 30 minutes. Oh, did you remember to
mix the chemicals?

YOUR
HOLOGRAM IS FINISHED.
With Litiholo Film, NO processing and NO chemicals are
required. Take a look at your hologram by removing the
object and turning on the laser light again. You'll see
an INCREDIBLE 3D
IMAGE, as if the object was
still there. |
